Peanut Butter and Rice Krispy Balls of Goodness

For me, Halloween involves Super Chunky Peanut Butter and Chocolate Rice Krispy Balls.... these are wicked good and super easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
3 Bags of Marshmallows
Half Jar Super Chunky Peanut Butter
1 bag Milk Chocolate Chips
1 small box Rice Krispys
1 Tablespoon Butter

COOKING MUSIC SELECTION: Louis Jordan - BEWARE

PREPARATION:
In a big pot add the butter over medium heat, add all the marshmallows and stir until melted. Add the Peanut Butter and mix thoroughly. Turn off heat and add the Rice Krispies, stirring until well coating all the mix. Let them cool for a few minutes, put a little butter into your clean hands and make into little bite size balls. Place onto a sheet on wax paper and set aside.





















 





















In a double boiler (Or, seen here in the picture, I place a ceramic bowl over a saucepan full of boiling water) add the bag of chocolate chips and melt until smooth, dip each ball into the chocolate, place them back onto the paper to cool.
