Fresh Chicken Salad Wraps

Here is a great cold yummy spring salad wrap recipe that's great for picnics, parties or anytime! Cold, creamy, savory, crunchy, sweet, and totally easy to eat!

1 large cooked chicken breast, cubed
¼ cup chopped celery
1 medium apple, cored, peeled and cubed
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ dried cranberries
Dash of Cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
8 lettuce leaves

In a bowl combine the chicken, onion, mayonnaise, salsa, salt and pepper. Mix together.   Line each tortilla with two lettuce leaves, then divide chicken salad mixture evenly among each tortilla and roll up, or 'wrap'. They look cool when you cut them in half on an angle, you see the yumminess better. Make these with small flour tortillas as appetizers, they are easy make ahead and bring to a party.
