Planning ~ A Traditional Thankgiving Dinner Menu

I’m cooking at my bass player and his fabulous artist wives house this Thanksgiving and I'm creating a traditional menu for non-traditional people. Her mother is coming down from Seattle and we are having a small family of friends for a fancy little feast. Here is the rough draft so far:

MENU:
Champagne
Wine
Light Eggnog w/Bourbon or Brandy

Holiday Deviled Eggs
Stinky Cheese w/crackers

Butter leaf salad, dried cranberries, Candied Walnuts, Goat cheese, with Champagne Vinaigrette

Honey brined lightly smoked turkey with Wild mushroom gravy
Mashed new potatoes
Apple and sausage stuffing
Candied sweet potatoes w/ Bourbon
Fresh white corn w/ spicy butter off the cob
Cranberry sauce w/ ruby port and cinnamon
Gourmet Green Bean Casserole

Dinner rolls w/ honey butter

Sherry's fabulous pies w/ vanilla ice cream - fresh whipped cream
Coffee w/ Bailey's or Whiskey

Coma
